Lee County, Illinois

In the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic it became clear to EMA Director Kevin Lalley that the current offices and lack of a hot Emergency Operations Center were not going to work for the county. Kevin reached out to the Disaster Group and we stepped in to help the county design a state of the art EOC utilizing unused storage space located in the Lee County Courts building.

Our team examined the current space and identified Lee County EMA’s requirements for the build. We created a conceptual design based on the available space and budget. County leaders used our conceptual design to create bid documents and fast track construction.

We wish to thank Lee County, and EMA Director Kevin Lalley for the faith they put in our team to bring the vision to a reality. We are proud to support Lee County in their efforts to build a world class Emergency Operations Center.
